DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only.

Orders are usually dispatched by the next working day. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 2 working days.

Delivery costs:

- Darts & Accessories - £3.50
- Dartboards - £5.50
- Larger items and bundles - £15.00 via Parcelforce

Packaging may be reused where suitable.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Unless the item is faulty, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Lost & Damaged Items

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate this with the delivery provider.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damage where possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
